I am looking for office area between andheri east to Boriwali east of around 900-1000 sqft carpet area. Andheri east should be near highway only.
My budget is around 65k for rent and 1.25 cr for outright purchase. If furnished then ready to increase budget but it is depended on the condition of existing furniture as well as my requirement suitability. We are s Software development company and need 30 employee sitting with 2 cabins, pantry and Conference room.
No residential buildings. First preference will be Commercial complex then Industrial.
