The Project manager/team leader will be in charge of a design team and will report to and interface with the creative director. The following is the role - apart from team management.
1. Responsible for creating the layout, visual appearance of digital
solutions, ensuring good usability and design practice.
2. Capable of translating a campaign idea into an online experience
across devices.
3. Create the interface / presentation layer for the digital solution
including websites and online marketing campaigns.
4. Presenting digital solution ideas credibly and professionally to
clients and internal teams.
5. Producing content using flash.
6. Designing corporate identities, including logos, stationary and
other corporate materials.
7. Client Management – By phone and in meetings.
8. Site maintenance for our existing clients.
9. Handling print work for internal departments, ex : promotional
material like brouchures etc..
10. Handling print work for external clients.
11. Responsible for maintaining a good level of knowledge in
Dreamweaver , Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, HTML, CSS, W3C
standards, developments in IT technology and exchanging any useful
knowledge with the rest of the team where appropriate.
12. Be a digital design evangelist, enthuse non digital designers
about the possibilities with digital solutions.
