This promo code waives the $99 setup fee, but your state may still have a filing fee. Still pretty cheap if you want to avoid the work of doing all the papers, etc. yourself, or in concert with an attorney.
I'm not affiliated with these folks, I just happened to see the ad on Facebook. So I don't know how legit they are, or what their reputation is.

Scott Wolpow | | For LLC's be very careful. The laws vary and generally you have to advertise in certain papers.
Even Inc's need to be done correctly.

I've been dabbling a bit in LLC research for the past couple of years (haven't gotten around to doing anything toward that end yet), but LLCs can be tricky per state.

Bobbi Jo Woods | | I've seen the ads for LegalZoom.com, too. Robert Shapiro is on them...not sure if he is the founder or just a spokesperson. You may remember him as being one of the attorneys for the defense in the O.J. Simpson murder trial. He has also done defense for some other high profile clients on cases, I forget which.
