Dear Ryzers,

Greetings from Littlearth Group, Ooty!

Littlearth is all about the heritage, of nature and of people, in its purest form. And it's this harmony and balance that enables us to give you varied holiday experiences every time you're with us. With 3 unique concept hotels presently, we've always strived to give you a home, a history, an adventure and all the secret ingredients that go into making a great holiday. Each destination is detailed with a unique and exciting theme in mind so that when you walk into our room, you also walk into a story. Some of our hotels are prime heritage properties well over a hundred years old, and others are carefully built in harmony with the surroundings where nature and wildlife still lies untouched and in perfect balance - all for you to see, touch and feel.

Destiny

Explore your Destiny and live the adventure at DESTINY THE FARM STAY, a real farm experience and connect with nature never like before. It is located in the fringe of the Nilgiri Biosphere in Mulligur Village near Emerald Dam, Avalanchi. The Farmstay has access from Ooty by road approximately 25 Km ,one hour drive from Ooty Bus stand.

The rooms are plush and spacious and have everything you need for fine living. The 18 rooms come furnished with wooden flooring, rich furniture and some even with a fire place. Every room is named after men of nature, science and adventure eg: Indiana Jones, Charles Darwin etc…

For all our guests we offer an array of culinary delights at ‘The Meeting Point’ a multi-cuisine restaurant. Our sumptuous buffets make it an ideal venue for lunch and a relaxed dinner.

For your meeting and conferencing needs, the farmstay has a conference hall that can host up to 50 persons.

What you want to do?

At Destiny there is so much to do. Horse riding, Fishing, Dairy Farm visit, Agricultural tour and Bonfire. In addition there are other adventure activites like rock climbing, rappelling, valley crossing, jungle treks etc

KINGS CLIFF

Once an imposing ancestral mansion, King's Cliff is a charming hotel that reminds you of civilization at its laziest, offering a panoramic view of the hills around the town while remaining withdrawn from the hustle and bustle of life down below. It's where time stands still, where tradition meets luxury, where one can take an early morning trek across undiscovered Ooty, or emerge from the calm void of sleep to a sumptuous breakfast in our glass house served with white gloves and the aroma of the faraway isles. Where yesterday lives on, and tempts you to live on forever. And when you wake up in the morning and look out of the window, all you see are clouds and hills. And all you hear is the chirping of birds . . .

Apart from the Hall, the Lounge, the Dining and the Refectory, there are nine rooms at King's Cliff, all with a working fireplace, and ideally meant for two. Although with the modern amenities of satellite television and telephone, each room has a unique charm of its own and is named after a Shakespearean character.

SHERLOCK

The winding road that takes you uphill doesn't let you steal more than little glimpses of the spectacular beauty below. Once you're up there, apart from the perpetual mist-sprayed air around you, what you see below is a valley enclosed by hills on all sides.
From what was an exclusive, privately-owned summer mansion during The Raaj, Sherlock, more than a century later, still stands in its original architectural splendour as if mocking the concept of age & time. The Victorian elevation, the old-school brick chimneys rising out of every room, all give a glimpse of what London would've looked like in the late 1800s. With the refurbished lawns, the entire ambience to make it what it really is - Holmesian.
