It started in February of 2009 in England. I watched TVIexpress for awhile but did not do anything about joining until recently.
In their first month of business they generated a volume of 3 million. They now average 10 million a month. Their compensation plan is great... with many incentives.

Cost to Join
The cost to join TVIexpress is $250 (which is not bad) but a lot of people can not afford it, and the program requires you to sponsor 2 people to qualify you. That part is not easy for most people. It could leave you sitting with a half finished downline and not making any money. I found 3 groups that are working as a team and studied everyone of them. Each one had a different twist.
I was looking for the cheaper way to get in and a way that every one will get their 2 people for qualification.
This is the one I picked
It is the TVI (GAT feeder) that will bring you into TVI for $37.00. You need an AlertPay account because both programs use it. (TVI and the GAT feeder)
The feeder is a 2x2 matrix. Each position costs $37.00 payable through Alertpay. Every position will need to bring 2 referrals or buy 2 referrals or bring 1 referral and buy one.
The cost of the referrals is $20.00 each. The GREAT news is that when each of your referrals cycle, you make $20, and you will get paid on those referrals EVERY time they cycle.
Plus... the $100.00 on every cycle; so, it ends up being $140.00. Pay once, get paid back over and over again. The maximum number of referrals you can purchase is 2, no matter how many positions you buy. Your 2 will qualify you and they will follow you through to TVIexpress qualifying you there as well.
If you are not able to purchase 2 referrals or you don't have the time to bring your 2, after 7 days, 2 referrals will be placed below you and "billed" to your feeder program account. (The money will be taken out of your earnings.)
The reason that this is necessary is: if an area of the matrix stops, EVERYONE above that position stops. Therefore, Clay put this wonderful option in place with automation. Thus giving us all a matrix that builds equally.
You and your referrals will need to cycle twice in the feeder to buy you into TVI Express (unless you had your referrals "billed", then it will take your position a 3rd cycling). Once you are in TVI Express, the feeder will continue to cycle, over and over and you will have an additional stream of income directly from the feeder into your AlertPay.
This is a great plan to get everyone in that wants to join TVI Express. So if you want to see yourself making money right away.

Strategies to build a strong downline in your TVI-Feeder.
Remember the more help you give your people the faster they will
cycle and follow you through in TVI and keep you cycling over and over.
Any business need to have a good base to be successful. Therefore
reinvesting in your business is wise. What is great about TVI and this
GAT feeder is that in both you can have multiple positions.
This is what we plan on doing with some of our earnings:
After two cycles in the feeder you are going to be put into TVI
On the 3rd cycle we will be making $140.00, we are going to buy
a new position under one of our member in our downline that is not
qualified yet, then we will benefactor 2 people under that new position.
Total cost $111.00 so we will be left with $29.00 . We will be doing
that every time we cycle.
Then when we cycle TVI we will take $2,000.00 out of the $10,000.00
and buy 54 new positions in the feeder in the same matter as described
above. This will give us 18 new positions and benefactor 36 new people.
Remember that with the new automation and programing that after 7 days
if your benefectored people don't have their 2 yet 2 will be placed under them.
Just imagine if you can get your team to do the same thing you do, how
many times you would cycle.
