Times Group - owned by Bennet and Coleman. World Christian Council has 80% stake while remaining 20% is with Italian and Englishmen. Italian Robertio Mindo who owns 10% stake is a close associate of Antaino Maino (Sonia Gandhi). DO U SEE THE CONNECTION???
NDTV - funded by Gospels of Charity in Spain. Supports Communists. Indian CEO Pranoy Roy is co-brother of Prakash Karat (Gen.Sec) of Communist Party of India. DO U SEE THE CONNECTION??? NDTV Also has other sister channels like NDTV Imagine.
India Today - Used to be the only National Daily which supported the BJP and has been acquired by NDTV and Hindu bashing continues here too.
CNN-IBN - 100% funded by Southern Baptist Church which has branches all over the world with HQ in the US. The Church allocates $800 million annually towards promotion of the channel. Conversion is at the core of their ideologies and no wonder CNN-IBN supports conversions. Indian CEO is Rajdeep Sirdesai along with his wife Sagarika Ghosh. CNN-IBN also has regional channels like IBN Lokmat (Marathi), Colors, IBN 7 etc.
STAR TV - is run by an Australian supported by St. Peters Pontifical Church Melbourne. Another conversion sympathizer
The Hindu - Recently taken over by the Joshua Society based in Bern, Switzerland. Can there be any bigger deception where anti-Hindu activities are being conducted in the name of The Hindu?

ANAND BANGARPET | | Irrespective of the people who owns it, I personally donot agree that our newsreaders being highly educated and sensible, will stoop to a level to get associated with a particular religion.Even I being a Hindu, watch these newschannels and I feel that you are magnifying the Issues.
Regarding MJ Akbar, I donot agree with your views. I found him to be a patriotic Indian and his articles highly enlightening..
Kindly, donot divide this great country in the name of Religion, Caste, Language, like BJP (Hate Muslim Campaign), CONGRESS (Appeasement of Minorities and Divide and Rule Policy), MNS (Hatred towards other languages), Samajawadi Party (Appeasement of Muslims for vote Bank) and Dalit Sangh (Hatred against Hindus).
If you are soo Interested, why don't you ask many high networth Hindus to acquire these news channel.
Let us love our country peacefully and work towards the Universal Brotherhood through Peace.

Have any of these channels ever spoken out against conversions? Have they ever spoken out against jihadi elements, infact they are even sympathizing with these jihadi terrorists and falsely implicating Hindus in the name of Hindu terror or a Saffron terror.
Anyways, as a fellow and dutiful citizen I can put across the facts. It is now upto the wise-men and women out there to make use of this and think for themselves if the reporting over the years has been neutral.

These are news Channels. They deliver news and they call various parties to share their views. They don't have any right to air their views. May be they can manipulate the news, but, it is upto the various parties and viewers to rate their views.
Regarding Conversion, If Hindus don't need their Hindu Brothers to get converted, let the plenty Hindu organisations reach to these poor people for their immediate needs. Unfortunately, the human values are sold for money now. However, I found few organisations serve the Poor without making them converted.
There are many hindus and especially the Dalits and Backward class people voluntarily getting converted to Buddism. Many Hindus are converting to Christianity for the sake of Money, Jobs and Education. Many Hindu Women are loving Muslim guys and Getting Converted and vice-versa in very rare cases. Why, many normal people gets converted to Mao and Naxalites and creating a great problem to the nation.
However, Many Spiritual Hindus Love and realise Jesus or Allah and their words , but remain in their Religion (Hindu). I also know that many Westrener Christians Love "Krishna" and take the path of Hinduism.
Hate and fanatism has its fate. If a person Hates a religion, be sure that he (His Conscious) will be re-born in the religion that he hated and he becomes a fanatic of that religion.This is the Ultimate truth. You can ask any highly spiritual person about the veracity of my statement.

There is a difference in people being deceived and lured versus choosing something voluntarily. Like wise in love, if this is to deceive or true love is a judgement to make and as much as I have seen, I have to say it is the former.
It is strange to see you make the statement that Hindu girls are falling in love with Muslim men. Why can't the vicea versa be true? What is wrong with our Hindu boys? Why can't the Muslims allow their women to choose freely just as we are giving the liberty? Likewise are the Christians. Although they portray themselves as highly broad-minded and secular they are as conservative if not more than the Muslims.
So as you see this whole noise about Secularism and equality is a drama and forced on the Hindus by a biased media by projecting otherwise. If we fail to acknowledge these facts and fix them today we will only have to blame ourselves for our intellectual dishonesty and the repercussions of which are going to be complex in society. The immediate fall-out as I see, as a result of this conservatism by Muslims and Christians and forced acceptance of Secularism on Hindus has meant an increasing number of Hindu boys who do not have a match to get married.
This is a warning to our social structure and if we still continue to pretend unaffected then.. Amen!

If someone wants to take an other path out of his/her own understanding and benefits, what can anyone do? When many muslim women in Dubai complained to the Sheik that their Husbands are going wrong ways due to the Night clubs, the Sheik replied, " I have built 40 mosques and given permission to only 8 nightclubs. It is upto people to choose what" .
THE COMMANDMENTS OF ALL RELIGION IS ALMOST THE SAME.The need of the day is the Conversion /Realisation in the Heart. It needs many life's time to understand one's own religion, whether it is Islam or christianity or Hinduism.
The parsis are declining in their population, but their contribution to nation and people are immense and increasing. So quality is important and not the Quantity.
If every one works towards strengthening the inner strength (Atma Shakthi) of their fellow citizens and poor people, with love and values, then everything will be in order. You seems to be an youngster and I wish you work towards that direction, and hence, I devoted somuch time to answer your views.
Rohit, in this forum viz., "Exploring Belief Systems, God, and Spirituality", I have learnt and shared many values through many of my friends who are Christians, Hindus and Mussulmans" and hence, my views are truly based on Universal principles (and not Pseudo Secular like Political parties).

I didn't mean to say that all Muslims, Christians are the same just as all Hindus are not. We have deviated a long way from the thread which is to highlight a biased media and I shall do everything in my right to highlight this bias against Hinduism by a media on foreign payroll irrespective of how high or low someone may want to rate any editor or media house.
The media is instrumental in creating an opinion amongst the masses and they have worked to malign Hinduism. We have the weakness of forgive and forget. Yes it is a weakness as that is what has brought us to our current sorry state.
In general Muslims and Christians do not respect Hinduism and Hindus. Their intentions are out there and you don't need any special powers to realize and understand this. I have known/seen/heard Hindu women being deceived by Muslims and Christians. There is support from within their communities for this and so lets stop being cowards and act responsibly and speak the complete truth.
