My father has a property in Konkan, which is for sale..
The particulars are:
A beautiful horticultural estate consisting of an orchard(3.5 acres) of full grown mango and cashewnut trees and 9 yr old teak plants.The estate also has a 3 bed room farmhouse(1350 sqft built up) with perenial source of water i.e. a well fitted with an electric pumpset.
In, addition, the property includes a factory shed (3200 sq .ft.)on an industrial plot of 1/2 acre and a power connection of 13 H.P.
Location:
At Vetore, Tal. Vengurla, dist Sindhudurg,Maharashtra, on the Kudal Vengurla highway(10 kms from Kudal, 8kms from Pinguli railway station of Konkan Railway and 10 kms from Vengurla Beach).
Expected price: 35 lacs or the nearest offer.

ias | | I have a beach property at Murud Harnai app 2 acres . It includes a house and plantation which extends to the sea. The place is close to Hotel Kamat at Murud and one could construct a good hotel with direct entry to the sea..
