Price for BMRDA approved plots in Chandapura are is around Rs.700 to 750 per sq ft depending on the developer. I have just picked uop few plots in a BMRDA approved 10 acre layout (4 K.M from Chandapura Jn.) developed by an architect. They may have a couple of plots available.

All i need is a place with good roads, safe neighbourhood and near to market place. now i ve been sitting with the map for past few day, i came across names like cox town and all... thought these may be good localities, only to have a real shock!!!
so could someone please guide me...
