It began as a class project. I had to provide a class essay on something, so why not a local event happening . .

The experience was a lot of fun and now still rewarding.

I published it at Associated Content

I told my mother that I needed to expose myself more. She fainted!

I guess I should have paid more attention to the guidelines and NOT placed my link right away. This is an error and I shall rectify with a brief introduction of me.

I am a writer who does not pay attention to rules as the previous poster stated...but I do try and fit in by sharing my eclectic personality. A seeker of truth and a teller of it too because misinformation, and even worse, disinformation (that which purposefully distorts the truth) should not be encouraged by any means; especially if we are to stay grounded in productivity to reach a unified consciousness nurtured by a collective practice.

sharing the light,

"Is 'mixing work and play' working for you? "

Most definitely ! The mixing is changing sleep patterns from the norm 8hrs usually beginning at 9pm which is modified by me staying up until 3 am or later as the ideas flow and sleep comes upon later into the morn when the garrish sun infiltrates itself through my screened window...During playtime which I would say fishing, hiking or skipping rope would suffice, I do not forget the first 'sandbox ' I played in. The imagery makes work of videography or poetry/prose composition a wonderful combination my psyche enjoys in much of my wakened hours.
When I am sitting on a grassy knoll etching pictures with charcoal, I am playing in one of my favorite passionate activities.

'Playtime' for a single woman nearly 40 is varied among different cultures & social circles, so I am careful not to reveal my favorite child-hood things I do to those more conservative or reserved than myself. Society takes a very serious look at a mid-life womans behavior comparing her moods and swings in them based on children, career, spousal duties/desires, and maybe even how she feels being with herself. If my favorites of playtime things to do were to be elaborated upon, a better strain of the female ingredient would be added to the human experiment-stew.

What do you suppose an intuitive like me or you sees playtime as ?

Food for thought when playtime is worktime is playtime is the greatest time to enjoy our imagination and work it !
