CharlotteJaye | | Lea, The new look for the network is great ... very professional. There's a problem, though, with at least one of the 'helpful' resources: MK Legal frowns upon consultants building a personalized website and sanctions anything but company-approved advertising. Violations of consultants' agreements are generally reported to the company by other consultants ... it's a big deal. Charlotte Private Reply to CharlotteJaye |
 S. J. Gardner | | Lea, just to reinforce Charlotte's comments, the company explicitly prohibits the sell of the products on any site other than the Personal Website provided by the company.
The problem with "alternative websites" is that they primarily are not nearly as high quality as the site the company has created for us. Websites of lesser quality are generally associated with products of lesser quality. That certainly is not fitting for the nation's best-selling brand of skin care and color cosmetics. And a consultant who has taken the time and money to create a comparable website has incurred a very unnecessary expense. There's a reason we won the People's Voice Webby Award for our consultant's personal websites. Time Magazine called the Webbies "The Online Oscars." You don't receive that kind of acclaim with a second-rate website.
