Genevieve Hawtree | | Hi all, I am a new Mary Kay consultant trying to learn as much as I can about the business. I love MK products and always thought the oportunity sounded amazing but I was never sure about it. I was offered the opportunity many many times by different people before I finally signed up. My big question for myself right now is setting goals. I haven't decided what I want out of this business or how much time I am willing to give it. Being a full time worker and a mom limits my available hours.
I look forward to hearing about everyones experiences.Private Reply to Genevieve Hawtree |

Anna Berry | | Welcome Genevieve! Simply look at your schedule and decide what time is devoted to your full-time job, what time is devoted to your family and what time is devoted to MK. The time that you decide to devote to MK, just give it 100% during that time and everything will fall into place. I know many successful women in MK who have built their business (even to directorship) alongside family and a fulltime career. Make your family your reason to succeed and not your excuse to fail..You can do anything you set your mind to!

Leslie Freude SkinCareGirl | | Hi Genevieve,
WELCOME!! Anna has given you some GREAT advice. To find out how much time you can devote you'll want to be sure and fill out your Weekly Plan Sheet. This way you'll know how much time you do have to devote to your business. Plus your family will know your schedule too:) Put it on the frig so your family can see it. You'll also get more support from them, especially if you have a hubby:):)
Learn as much as you can from your Director. Follow her lead, she has been down the same road and is there to encourage and support YOU!:)
I hope this helps. Blessings to you for a Deserving December! Leslie
