Would any one of you be able to give me some references for organisations in Chennai that can provide reliable domestic help on a live in basis, esp child care.
I know there are many agencies etc but the general consensus on these seems to be that you have to be really lucky to get it right.
Am mainly looking for some alternate sources or if one of you can pass on a good reference to me. You are welcome to communicate through PM
