In my opinion, Scott Stratten has produced some pretty neat videos. Well, I have come across a video by an Italian named Ernesto Sirolli. Unlike Stratten, Sirolli does not use beautiful pictures to make his points. His video makes its impact with common sense presented in a very passionate manner. In fact, according to Sirolli himself, "passion" is the key ingredient to business success. It is more important than skill, intellect or money.
