Deepa Umapathi | | A lovely couple I know has got me scratching my head. They want to celebrate their anniversary at a restaurant but want to carry their own booze. You can try 3 Storeys on Lavelle road where the old Sunny's used to be. They used allow you to bring your own booze because they didnt have a liqour licence. Do check before you go though?

A place without one is risking excise department action if they're caught.
