Interesting site.
First observation, main page:
Right at the bottom you seem to have pasted your company information and the site keywords, they align to the left(at least on firefox, and seem to be out of place with the design.
On closer looking at the shop, category page, and product display pages I am rather disapointed. The contents are eclipsed by your massive royal super header and footers which make my eyes bleed slightly!
I would redo the whole site, go for a much simpler design, perhaps using php and css, nice light colours; let the product be the star.
As itis I would shop on this site in a million years it looks unproffesional and unreliable, the hacker safe logo saves you slightly, you might want to save what your paying them and hire a new designer; take a look in google and search for css designed websites ( e.g. cssbeauty).
Just my personal opinion and a little constructive criticism.

However the site is in frames, a BIG no-no.
The text at the bottom looks like an attempt at keyword stuffing.
It would be better to focus on one thing for your mainpage.
Are you selling clothing, a website builder software or a business "opportunity"?
