I am a regular ryzer from India. We were wondering how to closely work with US firms to help them improve on efficiencies. We can provide data analytics and mgt consultancy to help firms increase ROI on marketing spend. This is going to cost lesser (30-50%) as compared to doing it on own or there itself. Thus improving competitiveness and profits.
But, the problem is how to approach. The options in my mind are,
1. Participate in some event (business conferences, though it will be heavy on our pockets)
2. Tie-up with some free-lancers (risk of wrong placements or associations)
3. Direct mail program (risk of black-listing as spammers)
If any one can help me on this issue.

a, hire a small 2-4 seat operation in a call centre that will do focused database calling and lead generation
b, whether you can convert the leads or not, depends how good you are ..
