The information seems perhaps a little out of date for my area (Silicone Valley), we have free WLAN in my area, though I don't use it as the include ads. Check the text for grammer, the first page reads "Multi Tech have discovered the worlds first unique cost effective site survey technique", and I believe have should read has. I didn't go too much further, but other then that it is OK... Just OK.Private Reply to John Mack | | Sep 13, 2006 4:59 am | | re: site review | # | Amlan Dey | | Hi Ravi, The website seems to have been made in a hurry. The grammar and punctuation of the text on the homepage needs to be improved.
The images do not seem to be of good quality, particulary the group photo. Even the wi-fi photos do not gel with the website. They stand out like a sore thumb.
By the way whats the need to have 'Facts about wi-fi' when all the 'facts' that you are showing are a couple of photos? One would expect a detailed narration about the 'facts'. I dont see any clickable links to further detailed narration other than the photos.
There is a lot of space wasted in this layout. Would've helped if you made better use of the space. That way you could've presented 'success stories and projects' better. Currently it gets merged with the news. In my opinion something as important as 'success stories' should stand out on its own.
On thing i dont approve of is the 'Products' page. Again, space wasted here. Most importantly, why have product info as an animated gif which automatically 'refreshes' and alternates the display of 'technology', 'features' and 'applications' based on time delay. Most users may not be able to read the information totally before the animation changes. Always allow the user to read/see at his own convenience and his own sweet time. Never force a user to read it hurriedly. You not only lose out on the information a user graps but u also stand a chance of annoying a user, which may harm your goodwill and image of your organisation.
These are some of the points i noticed about the website. Feel free to contact me via private message if you require professional help about ur website.

I have to agree with the others, site seems to have been give little attention to design and use of space. Do fix it! gives a bad image, and ruins the overall design which is a good idea and fits with your product offering.
Good luckPrivate Reply to Lucas Allen | | |
