Hi all,

Before thinking about surgery, please consider the Alexander Technique. It will help you examine what you might be doing to yourself to cause these problems, and hence the solution! I am a musician and my RSI caused me to stop playing. This Technique gave me my life back. Sounds dramatic, but true. I eventually trained to become a teacher. I am in the NYC area, but there are certified Alexander teachers all over the world.
Best of luck, everyone, and there is hope.
Mark

How funny, I'm an alexander technique teacher in San Francisco, yes I would agree the Alexander Technique is a much better and cheaper alternative to surgery.
