How do you feed your brain? It is simply a matter of choosing to read the right material? Is it a matter of eating the right vegetables? I mean you go to the gym and exercise your physical muscles. What about the most important muscle in your body - your brain?

I have heard for some time that brain machines (actually computers with special gaming software) actually builds brand new neural pathways in the brain. Supposedly, over a period of time there is a physical change in your brain due to the playing of these special computer games. People claim to have improved athletic performance because of it. They claim to have enhanced their ability to recall information.

Does anyone here have an experience using brain machines?
