Hi Teasa:

Fun name, great for marketing!

Your site is very colorful, I would just reduce the top portion so that it does not take up so much room. About half of the length it is now, length, as in going down the page.

You are clever to do very short pages, and, if you reduce your lovely sunset, your entire page can probably be viewed on the monitor.

I am noticing that the italicized text is kind of blurry.
but the normal text is not. Maybe keep most of the text in normal, and only a little of it italicized.

On the Home Page:
"Enter email, join now" should fit on the same white space. Keeping it separate causes the eye to jump to it without reading the text above, and then you wonder, join what? Why?

Lavender or purple can be so "female" but your buttons are tastefully done that I can overlook the color. I cannot overlook the same color in the text however. Keep it black and gray, a nice combination.

You are centering the text for the articles, but the text that follows should follow normal paragraph parameters.

Give up the concept that everything will be read. And, since it won't, make sure that the very key elements that will make people stay and go deeper into your website are the keypoints that should stand out.

Products Page:
There are some grammatical errors that should be checked.
Have a friend read over your material, so they can be caught.
For instance, a few:
1. Acknowledge stress is good,
should be
Acknowledge that stress is good,
(Even that is probably shorter than it could be, I am not the best writer)
2. Avoid stress sneezers S
should be:
Avoid stress sneezers. S
you left out the period.

Throughout, there are commas missing.
Use commas, they are a reason for the reader to pause,
and pausing is good.

Advertising page:
an incomplete link next to the chair

Enough of that.
Who is your website host?
Have they given you access to make changes to your website?
Do you have ftp software? I use WS FTP Pro, so inexpensive, I use it almost every day. I also use Microsoft Front Page to make changes. Don't think there is any charge for Front Page.

Be gentle on yourself. It takes time to master everything, and to feel comfortable. This is a credible start, and, in fact, I am going to add my email to your newsletter.

Marilyn, bizcardpro
