Reg Charie | | Your SEO is total search engine spam. How many times do you think it is necessary to tell your readers that you are in Raleigh? It looks like the site has been written for the search engines, not for the visitors.
The same applies to your keyword tag. Over repetition of your keyword phrases is worse than not putting them in there in the first place.

Sylvie Noel | | My guess is that most people who visit realtor sites are looking for a home. I found it interesting that it took me several seconds to figure out that there was a link "Search for homes" which was the correct place to click. My first instinct was to click on "Buying a home" (which does have a link to the home listings, though it's buried in a lot of text). The "Search for homes" blue link on a blue background makes it difficult to spot.
When I got to the home listing, I ended up inside a frame that was too small (my screen size setting is 1024X768) and that forced me to scroll horizontally - a usability nono.
There is too much text on the web site - people scan web pages, they don't read. A lot of the text could be reduced without losing any information.
Good luck, SylviePrivate Reply to Sylvie Noel |
