Hi Neelam,
From a usability point of view, I don't have much to say about your web site. Clean, easy to navigate. A few typos here and there (e.g., if it's plural, it's "clients"; if it belongs to a client, it's "client's").

The menu link "The Round Table" doesn't work for me.

I wasn't sure what the little story on the front page has to do with the services Wake-Up offers. On the other hand, I'm probably not representative of your clientele, so if you find that it works to recruit people, then don't listen to me :)

I was somewhat disturbed to find the testimonial page was a list of questions and answers from participants. It makes the testimonials sound forced. Better to have the more spontaneous testimonials that are in the Reader and Wake-up testimonial pages. Also, are people who are filling out this questionnaire aware that you are going to be putting their answers on the web for everyone to see? If not, you may want to reconsider doing this for ethical reasons.

Hi Neelam,

Nice concept!

But the site dosen't convey it... esp on the home page. I too feel that Joe's story dosen't convey

Wake-Up! from your slumber!
Wake-Up! to who you are!
Wake-Up! to who you want to be!
Wake-Up! to your purpose!

May be you could use a success story - about someone who found his/ her purpose and did something about it.

The top part of the site takes up too much of space. In a 800 x 600 one hardly gets to see anything. The images used are of very young models yet Joe is 55 now. It is ok if your target audience is in the 20 - 25 age bracket.

But anyways, the idea is nice. Good to see someone doing this.
