Lisa C. | | The design of the home page is nice and clean looking. I'm not sure I like the concept of the web site, seems like it's just a way to vent frustration about credit card companies. Maybe if there was helpful information in the site such as how to bugdet, how credit card interest is calculated, solutions to get out of credit card debt, best way to use your credit card, etc.
There's nothing in your web site that talks about who you are and how to contact you. Does not inspire me to want to participate in the site.
The read complaints page is not very easy to read, expecially when you will have more comments. A preview of the complaint would help and have them organized better.

Many folks out there are being harrassed every day of the week and even on Sundays. This is just a vent. But I do understand what you are saying. Thanks for the input.
