Brian Sosin | | I have post on Ryze for several years with minimal results. Howver this is the last post I will be making on any of the boards. I am looking for input, as I am very young on how to attract investors towards a business that doesn't yet have an established track record.
There is a theater here in Chicago, IL that is up for rent. And the cost is relitive to the possibilities of profit. Rent is $150,000/year including tax. The movie theater needs renevations as it was built in 1979 and has had only very minor ones since then. I imagine the entirity of the theater restoration will be around $700,000 USD.
My credit is shaky and I have some blips here and there. I was wondering How businesses like this make it out of the gate. If you have a formula for success, a steady business plan that will work because it's so broad and original to the basic construct of something so basic as a cinema... How do you secure any level of financing.
