Edward Kiefer | | I have been in the AF for the last 25 years and getting ready to start my second career. I have been sending out resumes and cover letters but so far not many hits. I have a Bachelor Degree in management and HR and am working on a MBA. AS HR personnel what things do you look for in a resume or cover letter that say we need to talk with this person. I have extensive experince as a manager and have been responsible for a squadron of 110 personnel, but so far this doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
