shaels | | Hukku Saab, I understand and appreciate your need for discipline (not sure if anyone has ever done that with any degree of success in public fora and that too on the internet- social community forums except very very bare body-basic compliance), you may need to lighten up a bit or people will find alternatives.
I can understand professionalism and all that but too may rules kill spontanaeity especially when forums are collaborative and not employees.

Very professional job ... They maintain good customer relations. Talking to these people doesnt give you the feeling that you're talking to a robot. Right from the time that I decided to go in for a Bband connection , to the installation , the setup and all the hullabaloo that surrounds these things was handled pretty well by them. Decent charges, good product and definitely good responsiveness.
If anyones going in for Bband i'd suggest they try Airtel.

I had made my first film and wanted to get the censor certificate done. I was told that it being a government office they will make me run around and I would need to grease palms. Nevertheless I thought let me go and check what is the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised when the office in-charge heard my request, gave me the relevant forms, explained in detail what and how information needs to be filled. After I completed the form and submitted it. I was issued the certificate in 2 weeks flat. I was really touched with such an excellent response and did make it a point to meet their Director and congratulate and thank his office for showing such professionalism. What he said struck me " People make opinions on hearsay and never approach us directly to understand how we work", how true.

Probably stupid to recommend him. Who doesn't know him? One of the nicest professionals I have ever met and a professional to the core! A very busy guy, but still finds time for Ryze mixers and BBN. Has a lot of creative ideas and will definitely gossip about it over a glass of beer! Know him now for the past 5 years (since 2003 when the first mixer was held ) and the relationship has been going great guns.

When was the service, product delivered?: 3nd July 2008. Am absolutely impressed with the quality of bus, service and attitude without an intention of making extra money. I was with my wife and two chidren, one being infant. As we were coming for vacation had little more luggage and the BMTS staff voluntarily picked up them and placed on the specified storage area, they drove the bus safely and reached Jayanagar 4th block in flat 45 minutes (morning 5.30 dep from airport). They also dropped off the baggage at destination with a smile for us.

Your Comments on service, product (Quality, Price, Timelines etc): Please use the BMTS service to / from airport. That is the most convenient, safe, fast and cost effective service. However the last mile connection by taxi from drop off point is not reliable as I think it is operated by private guys. Price is Rs. 150 per adult and children below 6 go free.

I have Rafiq's direct number and don't need to dial Meru Cabs. He does not offer discounts or anything, but provides good service. Also, incase you need taxi at a specific time and Rafiq is not available, he honestly and polietly tells you that so that you have time to make alternate arrangements.

I would recommend Dr. Keyur Majmundar, who is based in Ahmedabad, India and is available on line.
