My name is Mirdza and I just joined this group. I totally agree with what Nita says: we need to read the fine print on what we buy. Everything we put on our skin really does matter. The homecleaning products that we buy, the medicinal and personal products we use and everything that we eat or drink should definitely be put under a "microscope", so to speak. We need to make wise choices everyday. My passion is to help people lead healthier lives everyday, so I am glad to be part of this group.
