I am sure you all agree with me that part of living healthy is eating healthy. We should concentrate on eating lots of organic, raw fruits and veggies. However, most of enjoy also eating home-made cooked meals.

When it comes to cooking food, nothing beats a meal that is spiced deliciously. Who wants to eat something that is bland and insipid, right? I want to recommend that you try Watkins line of organic herbs and spices. I recently read that Watkins All-Natural Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract and USDA Certified 100% Organic Black Pepper both recently received the Cooking Club of America Member Tested and Recommended Seal of Approval.

Spice up your life with Watkins. =) Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I will be happy to assist you.

Hi Kim,

The Acai Berry is a pretty amazing fruit. It has protein similar to an egg and omega 3 fats and lots of antioxidants. It's been touted as one of the top superfoods on shows like Oprah.

I've been into health ever since my father passed away from cancer and am always looking for products that are good for me.

For the past couple of years I've been eating some products that have the Acai Berry along with something that I never knew was so healthy...Chocolate!

Pure, Unprocessed cocoa actually has even more antioxidants than the acai berry.

I've always had a sweet tooth and loved chocolate so now that I've found this Healthy Chocolate product line I can eat it several times a day to satisfy my sweet tooth and I am putting something incredibly healthy into my body.

The key to these products is that they are made from Un-Processed Cocoa so their antioxidant properties are incredible. All the products are analyzed by Brunswick Labs and their antioxidant levels...ORAC Values and Flavanoid content are listed on the packaging.

If you have any questions about these products just send me a message and I'll be happy to answer them for you.

Hi Eating healthy foods is certainly the way to good health. My husband and I became vegans in 1970 and have remained healthy since then.
We eat a lot of raw fruits and vegetables and some cooked foods and you are right about the use of spices. Without them food is not as appealing.
