I m a Student Manager PM&HR
well, right now i m working on recruitments...need to make interview assessment sheets for a company in banking & financial services...need some help in the technical part of the sheet...the behavioral part has been taken care of...can u suggest something??

In btw - One of the article which i was reading had to say "Indian cos do not prefer to hire candidate because he likes RED colour" - what it tried to say is that behavioral/ prometric test may not be critical for bankng and finance cos. TC Tushar

The Technical assessment can be as straight as knowledge required to do the job.
Addiding to that if the Job requires connecting with external people then client facing skills are required. Then Nature of work done.
Ability to take on responsibility.
Similar work (Companies) done
Level of experience decides on how much to assess.
