I said this last Jan ... "I think they deserved to lose Eli Manning - has really not been taking care of things and he's emotionless which is not good for the team, hard to read .. also to lose to a rival like that .. too bad; I think they should get rid of him"
As a business person I've learned by Eli's story this year. Tiki Barber was a veteran player rumored to continue to usurp Elis authority behind the scenes, at least partly inhibiting Eli's identity as a leader; I personally believe bad word of mouth advertisment is the worst kind, especially if it's "inside". Without Tiki Barber the team can better accept Eli's leadership (without stigma) further allowing Eli Manning to come into his role. I can see the difference in him this year.
With the market changing so much these days ... should we as small business owners and professionals be looking to clean house and restablish rule? Should we be asking ourselves wich affiliations a productive and which are destructive? Like rust, it won't truly be under control until it's cut out completely.
Sorry Tiki!
