Rick Cordero | | Sunday night will be watchful, as the Patriots take on the Colts,the leagues best rivalry.
This rivalry was created in the AFC East, back before realignment split up the Colts and Patriots, back when Manning spurred the Colts into becoming a perennial playoff team and Brady and Bill Belichick won their first Super Bowl together.
There have been close games and blowouts, and until last season, this rivalry had been lopsided in the Patriots' favor.
No offense to the other players and coaches, but this rivalry is so interesting because of Manning and Brady.
Both teams have shown immense perserverance, agility and a winning spirit.
Both have bragging rights for winning a superbowl.
Both are fine examples of what we as professionals strive for.
Our win/loss records are not publicized,but we tend to scrutinize it just the same.
All of your skills, savvy and grace can get eventually get you a shot at a favorable "rivalry", in due time.
That is when you see what you are made of.
