Hello,
My name is Ken Grogan.My wife,Pat & I are just getting started in real estate investing....we hope to buy,fix & flip and/or buy,fix & rent to own medium priced homes/condos in the Mesa,Gilbert,Tempe,AZ area. We live in Mesa,AZ.
I joined this network so that we can meet others in the greater Phoenix metro area who may be willing & able to offer advice & tips on all aspects of real estate investing.
We do not have a lot of money available right now,so we are looking for sources of funding...private lenders.

We look forward to "meeting" many of you here on the network & to meeting some of you local members face-to-face in the Phoenix area. This is Mary Ann from Profolio Home Mortgage Corp. We are Platinum Brokers with several national lenders. I understand that you are planning to start investing in properties in AZ area. Just to keep you informed, the market is highly volatile and competitive as of today and you may be lured into funding by several private lenders too, however that could not always be the right idea. Interest rate is just one part of the story. Also not all the time wholesale lending could help, but if well planned as a couple you both can own upto 20 investment properties and one primary as per the laws. The mortgage market is changing and lenders are getting a bit stringent, however with a reasonable credit score and a bit of planning you always can stay on top.
