Many people are not sure if certain loans will be approved. Why use a broker or other middleman to find a home for a loan? Chase is very stable and still has many options available. For example, I just closed a $1.3 mil, 635 stated, 65 ltv, 2 unit loan cash out refi approved. Clients receive .125-.25% off of par rates for existing or new Chase clients with a checking, savings, CD, etc. accounts.
