This remodeling job is expected to cost well into the tens of dollars. We have decided that instead of keeping our tabs on paper we will now use chalk and write on the bathroom walls. This will save us money on writing tablets and pens. We may also have to begin washing our glasses in the Cooler Pooler to save on detergent costs. We are very happy to know that you are pleased with our efforts to please our patrons. We hope you stop in often.

Since our contractor , Mr. Chicken Pickens , can't read blueprints, I had to show him a picture of your house so he had an idea of the agchetectural design we are hoping to achieve. Hopefully you won't get too many offers to rent your place out. I know everyone will want to live there now.

I found a crew to do the outdoor lighting, signage and dumpster pickup...
Saved a bundle getting a 3 in 1 company like that.
The English air conditioning people
said they couldn't get over here til Wednesday which will give the electrician/plumber time to S***t or get off the pot.
If the Brits can't get held up at customs I have some guys from Kentucky that can come up and do the modifications...
They're really good at working as a team ...
Oh Yeah. You remember that problem last year with all the stiff shirts that didn't know how to come in and have a good time?
I was able to hire a bouncer to keep them out with the money I saved on the outdoor lighting, signage and dumpster pickup guys.
He's a big NASCAR fan from what I hear...

Great work my friend. I am quite certain that the crew you found to help us will not run us over budget. I'm sure they will be as happy to find work as we are to have found them. It should all work out very well all of us.
Oh, by the way, our new bouncer said he would double as a welcome mat so people can wipe their feet on the way in. He said he wouldn't want any nails and splintery pieces of construction wood getting into the buildong. Great guy there.

I am just so glad that you are happy with the way things are moving along. I know that you have been wanting to improve things around here for a long time. You just enjoy your sex on the beach and leave it to Speedy and me to hanle this project for you. We will gitter done.
Actually, there are a few things you can do inside to help. You can get rid of the baskets of corn cobs in the bathrooms. We are upgrading to Sears and Roebucks catalogues. Table clothes would be nice too. YOu know, in case we run out of catalogues. Anyhow, you feel free to make whatever improvements you want on the inside. After all, you are the proprietor.
