Alison Wilcox | | I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Marilyn and share a wonderful manifestation.
At the time that I reached out to Marilyn I had been working in a job that was no longer right for me. A promotion that had been promised (along with a substantial raise) was not delivered, and the work environment was becoming increasingly negative. I knew that it was time to leave the job.
I asked Marilyn to privately mentor me, even though I had no idea how I would manifest the money needed for such a high level of support. Within two days my father gave me an unexpected cheque for the exact amount that I had promised Marilyn! (And he has never done this before)
With Marilyn's help, I created a list of characteristics of my dream job.
First of all, you should know that I am from Canada (living in New York State), a certified Ontario teacher, and a former recruiter.
One day, out of the blue, I felt guided to look on a college website for job postings (I had never considered this particular college before). The job posting asked for a Canadian education recruiter for a New York State teacher training program. The deadline was three days prior, so I did not respond. After telling my husband about it, he said that I would be "NUTS" if I didn't apply for it. So, I did - in my cover letter I mentioned that I was applying after the deadline because I knew that I was uniquely qualified for this job.
And, I was hired!
In addition to increased income, the workplace is fantastic - an amazing boss, and wonderful supportive colleagues. Part of my job includes travel in Ontario where all of my family is located (so I am able to see them regularly now).
Also, Marilyn knew that my dream was to obtain my Master's degree and one of the benefits of the position is free tuition in the graduate programs! (For myself and family)
I am writing this after being in the position for seven months, and I would like to officially thank Marilyn and the universe for always delivering exactly what is needed.

Dear Alison,
It's been seven months already? Time really has flown by.
Thank you so much for your acknowledgment and for letting us know how the dream job turned out. How wonderful that it includes travel and you can see your family.
Have you started on your Master's yet?
I just wanted to mention to everyone that Alison began Feel Free to Prosper with an audio program and had some wonderful results. She then attended group calls and she reached out to me for personal help when it was time for that new dream job. It was exciting to watch her evolution and to see how much she has grown with this process.
I'm proud of you, Alison.

Alison Wilcox | | Thank you Marilyn. Your teachings really are amazing. I was guided to write that post to you, and remarkable things have been happening.
I had gotten caught up in my new job, and family events, and I had stopped "doing the lesson work". My finances started showing the effect of this, and I was starting to worry. I felt guided to stop and take the time to thank you for all of your mentoring last summer. I knew that gratitude was key. When I was present to that, it became easy to continue with the work. I returned to Lesson One, as you had suggested in the past. Within two weeks, I had received an unexpected cheque for over $3,000! I then received a statement for a savings account that I wasn't even present to and had saved over $1700. Another unexpected cheque for $500 appeared, and so on and so on. I am now gratefully paying bills and obligations that I had been avoiding - and it is a good feeling.
It is truly amazing, and I'm very grateful to have been guided to return to the Lesson work.
You'll probably be seeing more of me more often.
And yes, I will be starting the Master's program this fall - looking forward to it!
