Traffic Exchange 101
A quick tutorial - Part 4

A successful squeeze page will have these characteristics:

1. Load Fast - Remember, you only have about 10-30 seconds before the user move on to the next site. Keep in mind over 50% of users are still on Dial-up. If your pages do not load by then, you would have wasted your hard earned credits.

2. Stand out from the crowd - You can not just put up a standard affiliate page and call yourself a network marketer. You must brand yourself and make yourself known. People rarely buy or join a program from a total stranger. They do so from people whom they trust. Adding a picture and/or include a brief bio of yourself is a good way to personalized the squeeze page.

3. Provides the users with key information about your service or product - Have you ever try to read those long affiliate pages in ten seconds? Moreover, would you even want to, after you have already seen it a hundred times over? Make it short, sweet and to the point. Leave no doubt in your viewers mind exactly what products you are selling and what services you are providing.

4. Capture name and or email address - I highly recommend having some sort of form to capture your viewers name and email. Once you have successfully captured a lead, you can then sell to your lead at a later time, either through your auto responder or your newsletter.

5. Call for Action - This is probably the most important aspect of creating a splash page. Some where on your splash page you MUST ask your viewers to do something, whether it is to buy your product or join your program, or something as simple as "Click Here for more information", or "Fill in your Name and Email"....etc. If you do not ask for it, you most likely will not get it.

The above steps are designed with a singular purpose, to build a customer base for your business. "The money is in the list" is not just a cliché. It is a proven methodology for successful Traffic Exchange marketers.

I highly recommend using Robert Puddy's InstantSqueezePageGenerator. It is one of the best tool around for creating your own personal squeeze pages. You don't need to know html, you do not have to have your own hosting. The squeeze pages you create will be hosted on Robert's own dedicated server, and, best of all, it is completely free to use.

I do apologize, Harry. I've been wracked up with allergies, I just haven't been able to think straight. I will do that in the future!

I'm a big fan of yours!
