Melinda Gareau | | Hey Shannon- The system actually attracts potential buyers, so it works for both Realtors and Mortgage Brokers, as well as Title companies, Insurance companies, Appraisers etc. However, Realtors are the key! The ideal candidate is the Realtor with the in house mortgage company. Our company has spent the past year and half perfecting the system, and believe me, there is nothing like it out there!
