CedReynolds.com, CITRMS - The Entrepreneurial Pastor | | Have you ever thought about what it would look like to develop a team of professional salespeople in your network marketing business? For some businesses it works good. Primerica, World Financial Group, HBW and Prepaid Legal are a few I can think of that this model would fit fairly well.
I won't go into the challenge here about professional salespeople and network marketing. My aim is to get the imagination flowing. If a salesperson could understand the essence of network marketing and find others who understood it, they could have a dynamite organization that could help a lot of people and of course earn a tremendous income.
I just recently did a comparison of our consumer product offering vs. a small business product offering. Based on far fewer numbers, marketing the small business product with a group 30 professional salespeople on just two levels a person could make over $200,000 a year.
Now mind you this is a group of salespeople who's sole purpose is to sell everyday. The key is that because of the multiplier affect of network marketing there is only a minimal amount of sales that are necessary per person to make this a reality.
One thing about professional salespeople is that they do their job because they often love their product offering and the money they can earn selling it. With the added benefit that recruiting offers to salespeople in a network marketing model, they can sell as much as they want to earn a substantial income. The other benefit is they can recruit to earn overrides and residual income on their sales team and on commissions and residual income on their personal sales.
Can you imagine a professional salesperson selling a higher priced product which earned them a substantial income on the front end and a residual income on the back end?
Can you imagine a team of professionals selling for their personal income and the team leader overriding their income and earning residual income year after year?
With the climate the way it is in the economy, my prediction is that sales executives who understand leverage will re-examine certain network marketing companies, their product offerings and their marketing plans.
Stepping away or being laid off a job that pays in excess of $200,000 annually, opportunities professionals look at will have to pass the sniff test. These are men and women who have worked in corporate America and understand what it takes to make the bottom line. Network marketing companies with a franchise like appeal that offer potential earnings of $200,000 and up have a good chance of attracting top executives and salespeople.
If you really think about it, the product really doesn't matter as long as it's legal and can legitimately help people. True professionals who understand our industry will take network marketing to levels we've never seen before. We have to remember some of these same people are used to handling multi-million dollar budgets and making things happen on large scales.
I believe our industry is getting more polished and attractive to people who would generally think of network marketing as a fluke. Got to remember the same thing was said about franchising.
NOTE: I have nothing against traditional network marketing. Just wanted to share some thoughts.

You always pose good food for thought.
I would hope anyone who is interested in
Part Time or Full Time Marketing, MLM or otherwise,
would have the burning desire to become
a Professional Sales Person.
It is impossible to survive in the Marketing Business, regardless the Business Model,
with anything but a SELLERS mentality.
And it is so easy to develop and let the Skills
unleash following some simple Time Tested methods.

show anyone how to become a professional "peddler"
and enjoy unlimited Income.

once a person turns themselves over to become
who they were put on this planet to be.
But we know most won't do what is necessary and

realm of a few.

People in the top of our industry either were professionals salespeople before they came in or they became professional. Now rather they admit it or not, the proof is in the pudding. For the most part I believe most of the top networkers across the board could represent any legitimate company provided they believed in the product.

Anne Fonda | | Through internet if some one wants to earn money then freelancing is the best option. I guess it comes under internet marketing. But when ever get bored i look for something interesting then i prefer forex trading from home. wins many times and many time losses that's why i love forex you never know whats gonna happen in next seconds always excited.
