A group of HR professionals does come together once a month in Pune (just had a meet on Saturday, 07.06.08) to discuss issues on HR, changing trends, challenges for HR, etc.

We have just launched a Competency Management System as a SaaS (Software as a Service) tool.

This System allows for competency analysis and reviews, and provides gap analysis in a meaningful format, absolutely usable format.

A Group of HR meet happens every month in Chennai. There is a portal called www.citehr.com

We all meet last Sundays of everymonth.

Also there are HR meet happening in chennai in differrent groups.

We have got data validation and entry assignment. We estimate that it would need about 200 hours to process 4700 items. The numbers may go up and down but we estimate 20 days of full time work. The work involves searching a name in Google and if found, doing a series of actions like looking for specific content and typing it down.

The work needs attention to detail, it also has some decision-making required. The person should not make spelling mistakes can read and write English accurately.

This is required in about 3 weeks so you need to deploy two people for two weeks each. Also, the result is critical to the operations so you need to ensure that the right people are deployed from the initial time (no scope for experimentation).

We would view results and confirm the assignment after 2 days of trial.

Please note :

- We are looking for individuals and not companies.
- Please mention your availability in terms of no. of hours you can dedicate per day for this assignment.
- Please let us know whether you have a PC with Internet connectivity.
- Quote your per hour rates.
