I was reading Becky McCray's Small Biz Survival blog and she had an article called "How to Start A Business Today." http://www.smallbizsurvival.com/2008/06/how-to-start-business-today.html In this article, she linked to an article on ChrisBrogan.com. From there, I started exploring Chris Brogan's blog and found a blog post called "Best Social Media Advice From This Site." http://www.chrisbrogan.com/best-social-media-advice-from-this-site/ That's the treasure chest full of gold. There are many links to articles about using various social networking sites for business purposes. Don't even try to read all of them in one sitting unless you have some free time, but bookmark that article so you can read the advice in the other articles. You may not agree with all of it, but it offers a good starting point for thinking about how you are going to promote your business using appropriate social networking sites for your needs. I don't have time to read all of them this morning, but what I've read has been valuable to me. I plan to go back and read more of the articles as I have time. What do you think? Act on your dream!
