Public Speaking is such a good way to overcome fear in making friends or speaking up when in an argument etc. Most of us go into hypnosis when we have fear. The eyes open wide, we process our emotions and the conditions around us and then mentally hypnotise ourself to never do whatever it is we are doing again. Yes, we started to hypnotise ourselves when we were only two or three years old, but we can undo it by facing our fears and in that wretched moment, we can reprogram ourselves with a positive statement, such as "I can do this well now."
If anyone else has something to say about fear and being in public places to perform in any way, please add your guidance here.
