It is election time again, at least in the USA. Many legal bloggers publish stories on legal campaigning issues or just express their views on political issues. Do legal bloggers have any influence at all? Are legal blogs changing politics (http://www.danieldrezner.com/research/blogintro.pdf)?
Are there legal bloggers getting in trouble for what they post? Laws that protect journalist do not always, or perhaps often do not protect (legal) bloggers.
