Sweta,
I think it's ABSOLUTELY GREAT to have someone like Randy Gage, a TOP Corporate Trainer, as my upline in Agel..! He's the one on our team training calls and that means you are learning from someone who has done it and is CURRENTLY doing it in Agel Enterprises.

I also like Dani Johnson as well! She is AWESOME with an incredible testimony!

One of the things Randy Gage says is this: "When you need advice, you must go to people who have already done the business successfully. When you understand and act on this, you dramatically increase your chances for success. Another mandatory requirement for long-term success is
conducting your business with integrity."

Corporate trainers are important. However, I believe network marketing industry is not training its sales force as it really should.

What I have noticed is that you have all these leaders and trainers selling materials left and right. However, network marketing like any other industry require training in marketing and sales.

While network industry will claim you don't have to sell anything, because it is a relationship business, guess what, if you cannot sell yourself, you are doom to fail.

I love Danny Johnson, too. She is the real deal. She mentioned that you have to definitely develope your skills in every area of life. Once that happens, then success will follow without hard work.

While corporate trainers are important, it would be wise if they really start saying the truth about this industry and teach people real marketing and sales skills.

Great topic and great points brought up here. Trainers are definitely needed, but the right type of trainers with the right type of information.

I agree with Caroline. You definitely need trainers that will not just sell their stuff, but walk you through the steps it takes to succeed.

I believe that there are trainers and businesses out there that can help in this area. In fact, we've found a few trainers and business building businesses ourselves that are related to one another, and that are helping people build their businesses. One of the businesses is related with SKYPE in the area of advertising and contacts. Just think about how many SKYPE users there are! There is not only software that you can download, but there are also great personal trainers available. One I have in mind specifically that a top person in my group and I talked with personally the other day quite a bit.

I believe this is the way network marketing should be gearing up for...

What's so great about these opportunities is that they are not in competition with anything out there, and you don't need to "purchase" CD's, books, and such....

Many people think they're a great deal!
