We always knew about Product and Business Life Cycle.. But now it is Career Cife cycle also.. When job seekers who are actually seeking a mere change not the job, keep peering into the Paper advertisement or Walk-in interview or Job Message Boards, there is a total loss of control over the search.. It's really unfortuante when there is no reply to Job applications from HR Depts.

How to break the rules ?

Like what Jeffrey J Fox says in his Don't send a CV has also used the tenets of being able to read the Recruiter's mind. That what exactly Nick Corcidilos says in his book ASK THE HEADHUNTER (www.asktheheadhunter.com ).

It is actually the Recruiters who need more than you need them. Your CV hides more than they reveal.. The best of the talents actually do not even apply. It is such a bull to make tall claims of chest beating in the CV profile . There is world of difference between a job and the " right job" .. That means do not ever chase the Jobs but chase the companies where you always wanted. Become a Recruiter or Headhunter and ask whether you deserve the assignment in the prospective Recruiter’s company. There is lot skill mapping at the Pre Placement stage. Just those tips to avoid being another me too in the crowded job market

Avoid the HR sand traps and learn the fine art of selling yourself with a game plan to profit the recruiter.. Then just the best of the jobs shall happen effortlessly.
