"Tadviddhi Prani Patena Pari ...Prasnena Sevaya "- BhagavadGita
Kiran Chalapathy's RyzePage

Wondering what "Tadviddhi Prani Patena Pari ...Prasnena Sevaya " means? :)... Its a quote from the BhagavadGita...

It means...

"Acquire that knowledge from those who are learned and proficient in it -

by respecting them,

by being humble before them,

by interacting and questioning them. This is the way to acquire knowledge"

More to come.. as I will read and aquire from the BhagavadGita presented to me by a dear friend.

If you have come this far, you probably know at least my name - it's Kiran!

I lived all my life in Bangalore, India and then came to the United States for a better course of learning and "offcourse" the "Moola". Athough I have a special love for Bangalore, and more precisely my India, I truly believe that the region one works in, or derives knowledge from, should never be limited for anybody to achieve and/or strive for "globalized" human development. I am sure we can start a wonderful discussion over this topic.I personally think the old "brain drain" debatable thing works for this this point?. :)

I have been in the IT services industry for the past five years. My most recent experience has been in being a procees owner for a business process in Hp. The reason as to why I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that go along with it, is the opportunity to connect with people, and the ability to share and expand my knowledge about the love of my life: " Operations and Management". Sounds weird...doesn't it? ..Well thats me !.I get a "kick" out of corporate management.

My real strength is my attention to detail and my ability to strategically think while being proactive about improvements. I pride myself on my reputation for following through and meeting the worst of deadlines. When I commit to doing something, I make sure it gets done, and on time.I have also gained immense respect as a people manager, my ex-reportees and peers still look up to me as a mentor and friend rather than as their "manager".

Well ..hmm... It feels good to tell everybody about something that i do so naturally ;) does'nt it?, Call it boasting? ... NO I call it personal boosting... So long as its true... :)

You guys take care and Please connect with me...

Thanks again for Visiting my Page, Please Sign my Guestbook before you leave...

Cheers,
Kiran
