Jerrilynn B. Thomas is pleased to announce the formation of WomenPartner International to facilitate win-win partnerships, both online and offline, between local business and professional women. Individual state WomenPartner International chapters are launching all over the US for Les femmes d’Influence (Women of Influence) along with a high-powered international chapter.

Partnering is the smartest way for women to grow and expand their companies into million dollar ventures. Partnering is the synergistic affect from pooling of resources to work together toward a common goal. This reduces duplication of effort, helps ensure that the appropriate level of resources are available. The savings in time, money and expertise can then be reinvested into other projects.

The focus of WomenPartner International is helping business and professional women learn how to do business in all the major metropolitan counties in their state while identifying at least one person from those counties who can open doors for them.

Why sell to one person at a time when you can sell to hundreds by partnering with other business and professional women to service their clients?

10 Women from Each State Sought

A core group of 10 women from each state is being recruited to seed the chapters. They will be a part of the WomenPartner International Executive Committee. They will organize and sponsor monthly virtual events as well as bi-monthly in-person networking events to bring together business and professional women from two or more counties for the purpose of forming strategic alliances, joint ventures, and cross marketing partnerships.

The qualifications to be a part of WomenPartner International include leadership skills, a strong desire to grow your business locally, being well connected in your community, and belonging to at least one local organizations that you are ACTIVE in. In short, you MUST be a power networker!

First Order of Business

The first order of business is a series of weekly teleconferences to grow the Executive Committee followed by local promotional business card exchanges to increase awareness of WomenPartner International and its committee members.

The business card exchanges will be used to gather free listings for print women’s business directories created for each US metropolitan area. The directories will be distributed during in-person events and available for sale on WomenPartner.org.

According to the Women’s Center for Business Research, women owners of firms with $1 million or more in revenue are more likely to belong to formal business organizations, associations or networks than other women business owners (81% vs. 61%).

The introductory investment rate for WomenPartner International membership is a one time fee of $99 with a monthly $25 fee. There is a pre-membership interview and application process to become a part of WomenPartner International. Membership is typically by invitation only. Membership requests are subject to review. Submit a membership application only if you are ready to be interviewed and can pay your membership fee if approved.
