Hello: Like so many people in the world these days, I find myself wanting to do and experience more of what life has to offer than perhaps one person can justifyably accomplish. But I try. So, how to stay centered, not frazzled, taking on multi-projects? A rhetorical question...simply because I don't know the answer. My life took me from Berkeley, California in 1975 to Shenandoah Valley, Virginia where I've been ever since. I live on five acres in the country on the Shenandoah River, 20 miles north of Harrisonburg. We grow a fair amount of our own food. Been on this place in an old brick house built in 1867, now for 27 years. I'm rooted. What do I do? I write books - novels about interesting people and their lives, memoirs about my own life, books about spirituality. I also practice numerology and teach the subject. http://www.joyfulnumerology.com My novels and other writing can be seen at http://www.vitaebergman.com And my book blog at http://vitaebergmansbooks.com I lead workshops in personal development and spiritual growth. The workshop happens, actually, in a game format, called The ALL GAME. http://www.theallgame.com Here's a new item: Ungeneric Information http://burkeshire-reports.com I sleep five hours a night. Meditate a lot. A group of about twelve individuals meet two nights a month at our house these past 24 years. We practice spiritual healing work. I cook at least half the meals for myself and my wife, Margot, who is a world class artist. http://www.margotbergman.com I worked many years as a chef. Owned my own restaurants in California. And, believe it or not, was eight years at the Capital in DC where I was in charge of the Senate Restaurants. A very demanding job. As you can see, my work involves feeding people - on all levels and every which way possible. This is my life story in a nut shell. Your interest, having read so far, is greatly appreciated. May we all find our goals attained. May we all live in peace with ourselves and our world. Blessings, Vitae P.S. Please sign my guest book. Let's become acquainted!
