People, societies, and social behavior are fascinating to me and i see technology as providing a new means for studying how people interact. Through the digital lens, i've been analyzing social networks and the manner in which people manage their social presentation through information control. I am also interested in how folks derive contextual cues in order to properly monitor their actions, and specifically how online tools alter the ways in which people can and do make sense of information around them. I am interested in empowering people through awareness and knowledge.

In addition to my research agenda, i live life with constant passion and curiousity.
