I didn't disagree with that Fred ;)
I stated that even if Kennedy had been a poor man, he was the wrong color for the type of crime he committed to end up on death row.
In other words: a poor white drunken man that flees the scene of a car accident and tries to cover-up an accidental death isn't going to end up on death row.
But a black man (doing drugs) who does the same thing--tries to cover up the death of white girl--has a chance of ending up on death row--whereas the white man doesn't.
That was my point ;)
As to the O.J. thing--I'm saying that you can't compare a beheading to an accidental death. If we're talking about crimes that SHOULD include the option of the death sentence as a measure of justice, despite the income of the perpetrator, then "accidental death" doesn't apply.
