On the Republic day long weekend I went to Madurai and Rameswaram, a hectic 1400+ km trip by road in 3 days, but worth it.

I stayed at this awesome place in Madurai called 'Elements Hostel', would recommend it to anyone visiting Madurai or Chennai.
